Digital innovation (user friendly app, online banking etc), or more of a human touch – better branch interactions, more proactive communication from your bank about products you may want etc?           • Digital Innovation is essential. The quality of the App and usability is everything. I have not visited a standard bank branch in over two years. Everything, even opening a saving account or changing limits can be done on your phone. Human interaction is becoming less and less valuable.
