Confession #8: Opinions are just noise.
As unpopular as that may sound, hear me out. An opinion is developed by ones PERSONAL assessment of the world. This assessment can change with experience and source input. Now, the technical definition of noise according to google is: irregular fluctuations that accompany a transmitted electrical signal but are not part of it and tend to obscure it. Right, so, the electrical signal in the instances of opinions, are the electrical firings of ones brain. These electrical signals are not part of the entity that the person opinion is being generated around, it is completely separate. Lastly, i highlight that noise can obscure the actual signal that is being transmitted. So next time you want to take opinions seriously, remember they are an obscured representation of reality. Noise.

    Just a random thought.
